When we travel away from Upstate NY, we take the time to arrive at our destination early to seek out local fresh, ingredients that keep the local economies booming.
A simple lunch before an afternoon of great hiking. Protein, grains and healthy fats are a staple in a healthy diet in the proper portion size.
