1/3 Cup Trader Joe's Ancient Grain Oatmeal

1 TBSP. Hemp Hearts (added healthy fat and protein source)

Handfull Freeze Dreid Berries (I use them in winter months to save some bucks$$)

a dash of cinnamon, xylitol and erythritol for sweetness (these two sweeteners are used as they have no little to no effect on blood sugar levels, I mix them to cut any aftertaste of either)


Bring 2/3 cup of water to boil and stir in oats. Only takes a few minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients.  Mix and eat.
