If you don’t like toast. Replace that with two rice cakes.  These are all great pre OR post workout.

6.     Sliced Pineapple + Cottage Cheese + Chopped Cashew

7.     Refried Beans + Salsa + Cilantro + Fried Egg

8.     Thinly Sliced Celery + Raisins + Peanut Butter

10. Raspberries + Blackberries + Basil + Light Cream Cheese
