1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 tsp. chia seeds

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Layer the first 4 ingredients in a wide mouthed glass jar (like a Mason jar).

Stir in:

1/2 cup Coconut or Almond Milk (Unsweetened)

1/2 apple (chopped up)

a handful sliced almonds OR chopped walnuts

Xylitol for sweetener
