Mix these ingredients in a bowl first:

1 Cup of Rolled Oats (GROUND)

3 Scoops Protein Powder

1 TBSP. BAking Powder

couple shakes of cinnamon 

ADD:

1-2 Cups Coconut/Almond Milk

3/4 cup Egg Whites

1 tsp. Vanilla 

Mix in: 

Fresh berries or anything you like.  We  mix in mini chocolate chips for the kids, Sometimes smoosh a banana, or pumpkin puree.  Just depend on the flavors we are craving.
