For Chicken:  

1  4-5 Ounce boneless Chicken Breast (pounded and brushed with olive oil)

Season chicken with sea salt, pepper, turmeric powder, onion powder and parsley.

Bake @ 375* until inside is white in color.  Approx. 20 minutes

 

BUFFALO BRUSSELS SPROUTS WITH CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE: 4 Servings

 

INGREDIENTS:

       2 tbsp olive oil

       1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

       1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce

       2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese, for topping

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Heat an oven-safe nonstick 12-inch sauté pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil and brussels sprouts in one layer and let cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes until beginning to caramelize. Turn occasionally for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden all over.

Transfer to the oven and roast for 8-10 minutes, until softened a bit but still slightly al dente. Drizzle with hot sauce, toss and top with crumbled blue cheese.
