Asian Stir-Fry:  Cut 4 ounces of filet or beef tenderloin into slices.  Season with sea salt and pepper and sauté.   Remove beef from pan and put to side.   Add ¾ bag frozen stir fry veggies until tender. 

 

Whisk to together: 1TSP soy sauce, 1TBSP Orange Juice, ½ tsp. minced ginger and a dash of sesame seeds (optional).   Pour mixture over meat and veggies.  Serve over ½ cup brown rice
