Make you own Pizza


For the Dough: 

In a large bowl mix…..

2 and ½ cupof almond flour

2 eggs

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. baking soda

Grease a 9.5 inch x 13 inch baking pan with high walls.  Press the dough firmly and evenly on the bottom of the pan and place in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 350*.


For the toppings get creative.  I like a little oil, garlic fresh basil, a bit of ricotta cheese (low-fat) spinach, arugula, cherry tomoatoes,  hot peppers and some part skim mozzarella.  Throw some chicken or steak on there for extra protein.


Throw back in oven and bake until cheese is golden brown.
