1 scoop protein powder (your Choice, I like vanilla for this one) 

1/4 cup oats

2/3 cup almond/Coconut Milk (unsweetened)

1/2 banana

1 TBSP. Almond Butter or Peanut Butter

1 TBSP. Flax seed (ground or whole)

Ice 

Blend all ingredients

 

Tip: you can add cocoa powder (unsweetened) if you like a little chocolate peanut butter for breakfast.
