1 lb. lean ground turkey (90% lean)

1 diced onion and 1 diced red pepper (sautée in a little olive oil)

1 Whole egg , 2 egg whites

 Mix all three in bowl with:

Sea salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, tarragon and parsley

 

Place mixture in loaf pan and Bake at 350* for approx.. 45 Minutes

 Serve with 2 Cups veggies and 1 Medium sized Sweet Potato
