1 Can Premium Albacore Tuna
1/2 medium cucumber, diced
1/4 cup Sprouts (I like broccoli sprouts)
1/2 cup napa or purple cabbage, chopped fine
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle 1 TBSP olive oil and squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon, sprinkle with sea slat and pepper.
