Apple Quinoa Salad: 1 Serving


 Mix 1 TBSP. grapeseed oil,  1 TBSP cider vinegar,  a pinch of cinnamon and paprika in a small bowl or a cup.   Add salt & pepper to taste.


Mix : 1/4 cup cooked quinoa

4 Ounces Chicken, or fish or steak

1/2 cup fresh spinach and arugula

2 tbsp crushed walnuts

1/2 organic fuji apple (chopped)


Toss with dressing and that’s it!!
