This can all be pre-grilled a few days before...store it in a to-go container and is great cold

Grilled Vegetable and Chicken Bowl: Season and slice fresh vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers, asparagus or any veggies you like grilled) with lemon pepper and onion powder and throw on the grill.  Season your chicken the same way, grill it up and slice. 

Serve over ½ cup brown rice and drizzle a little balsamic glaze over it!
