3-4 ounced sliced chicken breast (I like the Thin-n-Trim brand from Hannaford, Buffalo style YUM!)

1/4 sliced avocado

2 Tomato Slices, a little thin sliced red Onion 

Fresh Spinach leaves 

1 Joseph's Oat Bran Wrap (For Gluten-Free, try Udi's or Mission,  find them at Whole Foods in the freezer section)

That's it  Wrap all ingredients in your wrap.  Need a little dressing?  I use a fresh lemon, a little dijon mustard.  I like citrus paired with my avocado and buffalo style chicken.
