Makes 6 Servings so make it, store it, eat for another meal. 


8 Egg Whites

1 Lb. lean ground Turkey (90%)

2 Cups shredded spinach leaves

2 Tomatoes coursely chopped

1 clove garlic (minced)

Cook ground turkey in skillet until lightly browned. Place turkey in v=bowl and set aside.

Use a clean pan to scramble the egg whites, and then toss them into the meat bowl. 

Throw the spinach tomatoes and garlic in the pan and sauté until spinach is wilted.  Add the meat and egg whites back in and mix.
