3/4 cup cooked Quinoa, Heat on strive with a splash of almond or coconut milk. 

Add in 1/2 cup liquid Egg Whites, continue to stir over high heat.

Add, 1 tsp. chia seeds and a handful of fresh blueberries. Keep stirring, until all liquid is absorbed and the egg whites are firm.  

Take off stove and add, cinnamon, trivia, 1 tsp. hemp hearts, a few freeze dried strawberries and stir.
