Spread 2 TBSP. hummus on Lavash Wrap, add :

1 slice cheddar 

2 tomato slices

fresh spinach leaves (handful)

shredded carrots (handful)

1/4 cup sliced red peppers

a few sliced thin red onion

sliced cucumbers

You can add any protein you have on hand but only 2 ounces. Sometimes I add some crunchy sprouts and that's it! You won't miss the meat!
