Skillet Scramble:
Sauté 2 ounces diced up chicken, when it’s almost done add some broccoli florets.  Make sure pan is sprayed with cooking oil and add 2 eggs, salt and pepper and 1 ounce of low-fat cheddar.
Serve with slice of grain bread or Ezekiel OR wrap in a Joseph’s Lavash Oat Bran wrap.
