4-5 ounces Haddock (not farm raised ewwwww.)  Seasoned with sea salt. pepper, fresh parsley and lemon.  Bake at 350* for approx 20 minutes then broil on high for a few minutes at the end.

 

Serve over 1 & 1/2 cup baked red cabbage with onions.  

I make a big sheet pan of this and keep to for a few days.  You can add it salads, or reheat for dinner.  I use 1 Big head of organic red cabbage and 2 medium sized sweet onions.  Chop them in larger chunks and spread out on sprayed cookie sheet.  Spray cabbage with some olive oil spray and sprinkle with sea salt.  

Bake at 350* until cabbage and onion soften.
