2 cups fresh spinach 

2 baby Cucumbers sliced

1/2 cup grape tomatoes

1/2 cup baked sweet potato (cold is amazing)

4 ounces No Bread Chicken  Tenders (See Prior Recipe)

1 tsp. olive oil
