Steak and Eggs: (an all-time favorite of mine)
Slice up 2 ounces of steak and sauté in a frying pan on high heat. It will only take a couple of minutes as you want to keep the center a little pink.
Take the steak out of the pan, re-spray the pan and crack two eggs. I like them over-easy.
Serve with 2 cups steamed broccoli, add a pinch of sea salt
