1 cup Almond or Coconut Milk (Unsweetened)

1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/4 cup Avocado

1 TBSP. Cocoa Powder or cacao nibs

2 tsp. Peanut or Almond Butter

1/2 Chopped Frozen Banana (Optional) 

This smoothie is jam packed with plenty of nutrients and healthy fats to help fuel your day in order to have a kick ass workout after work.  Add 1/2 scoop protein powder if desired as well.
