Makes 4 Servings:

1 Package Shady Brook Farms Italian Style Turkey Sausage (5 Links)

2 Heads Fresh Broccoli (washed and chopped into smaller trees)lol

1 Small bottle Organic low-sodium chicken broth

Directions:

In a large skillet, begin to sauté the turkey sausage.  I peel the outer layer before putting into the hot skillet, no oil is necessary.  Use a wooden spatula to chop up the sausage as it cooks. When sausage is cooked, add the broccoli, chicken stock and cover pan to allow steam to cook the broccoli.  This only takes about 3-4 minutes.  Remove from heat and adjust the cover so it only covers half the pan to stop the cooking of the broccoli.  You want your broccoli to remain crisp and bright green in order to keep the nutrient profile in place.  

Serve this over the Explore Asia Mung Bean Fettuccine or 3/4 cup cooked quinoa or brown rice.
