Hamburger patties 6 Servings

              1½ lbs ground beef

                  1 egg

                  3 oz. feta cheese

                  1 Chopped up red pepper

                  1/2 Chopped onion

                  Sea salt approx. 1 tsp.

                  ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

                  2 oz. fresh parsley, finely chopped

      Mix all the ingredients for the hamburgers and form eight oblong patties.

                  Grill on medium high  for at least 10 minutes or until the patties have turned a nice color.

                  TIP:  When we use extra fats for cooking, stick with greens as a side.  It could be a salad, broccoli, green beans, etc.  I don’t eat starchy carbs when I eat foods higher in fat.
