Pineapple/Skirt Steak 1 Serving

1/4 cup fresh chopped pineapple

1/2 cup pan seared skirt steak chopped into small bites (optional – you can also use grilled chicken or make this recipe meatless)

1/4 seeded and finely chopped jalapeno pepper

1/2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

1/2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
