Yoga is an individual journey for everyone. This class is designed for anyone who has ever had an interest in stepping on to the mat for the first time and starting a personal yoga journey. The first 15 minutes of class will be a discussion of common yoga beginner fears with offerings to grow in the personal practice. It will then proceed into a 60-minute gentle beginners Hot Warrior inspired yoga flow. The last 15 minutes are available for discussion and the opportunity to sign up for the beginner's yoga series to build on what was learned in the first class.
